WSU Computational Actinide Science Database

Beta Phase

Welcome to WSU CANS database, maintained by the A. Clark group. With the increasing use of theoretical methods to study f-elements in chemistry, physics, materials science, and the geosciences, there is a need for distribution of optimized geometries, frequenceis, energies, forces, and other physical properties often omitted from supplementary literature. This is particularly relevant given the technical difficulty and computational expense associated with calculations on f-elements. It is the goal of CANS to provide a distribution site for both the upload and download of computational data and a forum of discussion for scientists working in this arena.
